「This hotel has potential and very beautiful environment. The staff need training in customer service and hotel management. We had booked and paid for a superior room but when we arrived they told us that there was no warm water in the room and the other room the aircondition was not working. We were told that our room was upgraded but when we checked out the room was a standard room. A lot happened during our check in so we ended up having cold showers for two days. Breakfast was boring.
