"It took 2 nights for them to solve a television issue. They were running around trying to find remotes that match. They did not know how to program their universal remotes. They tried to shrug it off, I had to ask them to go to another room and get a TV that works. Originallyvtheyvasked if I could move. Yeah right lol. But overall staff was friendly, they don't always get a breakfast order right but they will correct when pointing out. It was a nice breakfast. Clean hotel."

"This resort was amazing. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The food was very tasty. The resort itself was beautiful and peaceful. You are able to go snorkeling at the back of the resort and they provide you snorkeling gear and life jackets. We were able to see a turtle when we went snorkeling!"

"disgusting conditions and unreasonable staff. they have signs in the rooms that the septic system gets backed up and i'm assuming that this was the case. the room had an overpowering sewage smell. after arguing with the clerk and owner who thought that i should just stay in the room anyway, i waited a half hour for them to get me in another room that they guaranteed didn't smell, but as soon as the toilet in that room was flushed, that room smelled as well. after waiting for another half hour they offered another room, but at that point I was done, I asked for a refund which they refused and i left."

"Great place, close to everything. A microwave in the apartment would have been good but staff were very friendly and helpful. Being Australian the squawking parrots worry me lol"

"Beautiful, remote resort with beautiful private cove. Really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place, and the beautiful surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful, food delicious. Only issue is that it seems every room is advertised as having a sea view. This is not necessarily true, if you have a ground level room. Ruined our romantic expectations to not have that view."

"Very clean and nice facility, very friendly staff, very close to the beach, easy to get to, and will definitely stay there again, the proximity to the beach was perfect. Only complaint, Wi-Fi not very good in upper rooms. But not a big deal compared to how good everything else is."
