"Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit."

"The key to our room didn’t work. It was reprogrammed and still didn’t work. As I stood in line at the desk to get somebody to open my room every time I came back, there were 1 or 2 people doing the same thing. This was the staffs solution to the problem. Having said that, it wasn’t their fault and they were all very helpful. The room itself was old and pretty dirty. The thermostat was thick with greased on dirt. I flicked one of the lampshades and a cloud of dust could be seen in the air. The bed was very comfy. The big problem was the keys not working (even on the outdoor entrances). This was a problem with a lot of people. I won’t stay here again."
