"The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. It also has other amenities for children. It is great for a family vacation. Its location is a bit off town centre, but there are other transportation at the train station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel."

"I have Expedia Silver status; Naruwan is the only hotel didn’t recognise my sliver status. Also, from arrival, check in; check out to depart; there was no front door came to greet us or took our suitcase. If I compared my other 5* experience, it was the worst one.
