"The staff was great, really friendly, accommodating, and kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The main jacuzzi pool, wading pool, and deep pool that are together were nice, albeit a tad run down. The hotel itself is very run down and is dire need of some deep cleaning. We passed a hairball on the carpeted hallway multiple times in a few hour period. "

"We needed a pre-flight stay near the airport and chose the Courtyard by Marriott for its proximity to the airport. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant before heading back to our room for an early bedtime. The beds were so comfortable, and we were able to block out the lights and noise from the airport and highway outside. Our flight was at 6AM so we took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport. Shuttle starts at 4AM, it was on time and gave us plenty of time to check in and wait for our flight."

"They double-booked my room so another guest tried to get in with a key that worked in the middle of the night. Then they called my room at 6am to ask how to spell my last name, then they knocked again at 7am for no reason whatsoever. "

"Clean but monochromatic room. Lack of HOT water at sink but shower was fine as long as you expect to get your hair wet. Restaurant offers limited menu for dinner. Buffet breakfast was good but typical of mid-range hotels. "
