Condo Rentals in Jessamine County

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby. Pool was nice and clean and patio was a nice place to relax. Breakfast was hot and they made sure food was stocked all the way up to time breakfast ends.

Beautiful college atmosphere. Room refrigerator was very noisy so I unplugged it. The toilet rocked side to side. I reported these items to the staff at checkout.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was clean and we love the new renovations, looks great! The Continental breakfast was nice, provided a lot of different selections. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Pool area was splendid and relaxing. Only thing we noticed was that the patio from the pool needs an updated table and chairs, the one there is quite rusty. Other then that all was good! We'll definitely be back! 🙂

I loved my stay! It was clean and the room was in good order. Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was nice and incredibly helpful. Everyone was pleasant and I would definitely come back!

My son was playing in a baseball tournament and we needed to stay somewhere close to the field. I found the derby inn and suites and I was clean and close to the field and in our price range

Fantastic hotel with large rooms.

This spacious floor plan gives you room to breathe. Comfort and modern technology are a plus in this magnificent hotel. I would recommend this hotel and it’s accommodations to anyone looking for a home away from home.

I love this hotel! Such great service, a boho style with huge rooms and comfy beds. They are even pet friendly! Such a gem. I’ve stayed twice and will stay as often as we can!

Very clean and updated. Large room!

All good

The hotel was very nice. Front desk was extremely friendly. Location was great! Would have preferred a better view. I booked a city view room but got the back service area.
