「The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. 」

「Had a great stay at Casa Villa Gardenia for two nights! The location is super convenient. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, and I can get to Venice Island in about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect if you want easy access to the city but stay somewhere a bit quieter. The host was amazing. We had really nice conversations and he shared tons of local tips e.g restaurants, activities, must-go spots, and cultural stuff. 「Quarto amplo, com vista para o canal e uma localização muito tranquila e silenciosa! Com a orientação recebida na confirmação da reserva sobre o local do check in, foi super fácil de localizar, e o hotel fica muito perto da praça pra quem chega de ônibus, e tbm é fácil acesso para a estação de trem. Um pouco desgastante em relação as malas por causa dos degraus, tando no deslocamento como dentro do próprio hotel mas isso é típico de Veneza. 」

「Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.」
