「The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. 」

「I got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door that triggered a faulty lock. It was past midnight and they did not have reception. It was a HORRIBLE anxiety-provoking experience that ruined my trip and the ONLY response from the manager at check-out was a lame apology. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel!」

「furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! But the room is a bit small 傢私少許舊但作爲歐洲/威尼斯的酒店是可以理解的 早餐不錯 身處威尼斯本島而且價錢不貴是最大優點 不過房間頗細」
