Had a great time at the Excelsior - couldn't be in a better location, right next to the main Mazzini square. There was a good breakfast each morning - especially the little chocolate croissants. Thank you to the team.

Sehr schönes Hotel sauber freundliche Mitarbeiter . Kann die zwei drei schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen. Die Leute wissen gar nicht was sie mit solchen unmöglichen Bewertungen anrichten . Im Urlaub jammern wegen Umweltfreundlichkeit 🙈🙈🙈🙈manche würden besser zu Hause bleiben ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Great location and lovely, friendly staff. The beach bar cafe and pool area are lovely too and we had a lot of fun, sipping aperol and playing with the kids during the day. The only things letting down this property are the small rooms and surcharge to use the pool on our departure day. We booked a family room and it was very cramped when the kids' beds were made up. There was nowhere to sit and there was also no light on the cramped balcony, meaning we had to sit on the balcony in the dark at night while the kids slept. We paid an extra €600 for six nights to have the balcony...not all rooms have them. I think with this hotel you are paying premium for the location. All in all, a great holiday!

Don’t recommend booking this property. They treat Expedia customers unfairly, you have to pay extra for many things (towels, beach beds), facilities and room are outdated, our room had no hot water (which is strange for a beach hotel) but having said that, they fixed it the next day. All in all, it is a chain that follows standard processes with no customisation and extra care towards the customer.

Perfect location. Right in downtown, so many restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. Easy parking, pool is great, breakfast was simple and fresh, beach location is ideal. Room was clean and simple. Staff was amazing!!

Ein absolutes perfektes Hotel mit ganz tollem Personal. Geniales Frühstück, alles sauber. Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels (Empfang, Service, Reinigung, Exobar), saubere Zimmer, grosses sauberes Badezimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück - war sehr gut, grosse Auswahl und reichhaltig. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Ebenso der überdachte kostenloser Parkplatz beim Hotel. Das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht. Wir können dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Directement en bord de mer, propreté irréprochable et personnel disponible gentil et souriant. Serviettes de douche remplacées plusieurs fois par jour, une belle odeur de propre partout. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très complet, et bonus on peut le savourer à l’extérieur. Nous avions choisi de prendre uniquement le petit dejeuner à l’hôtel, les restaurants aux alentours ne manquent pas et nous laissent la flexibilité du rythme de notre journée

The room felt like it had been built 30 years ago on a tight budget, and no major renovation was considered ever since, just some basic maintenance. The whole place is extremely tired and super overpriced. We had ants in the bathroom when we checked in, also when it started to rain, the water started to come into the room so the staff had to stuff towels under the balcony door to stop it... We had a connecting door between our and someone else's room, so we could perfectly hear someone's snoring and "other sounds" in the night (if you know what I mean). On a positive side, the pool area is nice and the dinners were very good, the staff were friendly. Overall, this is surely not a 4 star hotel as advertised, also to be honest I have no clue where so many good reviews come from...

The Hotel is excellent and the location is amazing. We got upgraded to a nice ocean view suite for free. The breakfast was just ok (eggs a bit salty) ... coffee was great though and a juicer was available :)

3 gange i træk samme hotel og værelse

Super godt hotel med Lodi de Jesolo’s bedste placering. Vi bor på stranden og lige op af købmand, pizzaria samt hele “gågaden” i Lido’en. Mega hyggeligt om aftenen at gå en tur og se på butikker i alle prisklasser. Vi har boet 3 år i træk på Excelsior (samme værelse).

Das frühstück war sehr gut,; grosse auswahl und reichhaltig. Direkter zugang zum strand. Ebenso der überdachte parkplatz beim hotel. Die zimmer sind veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig, unseres hatte zudem keinen balkon. Etwas laut die nacht und morhens, unser zimmer war nähe pub und reinigungspersonal hatte abstellkammer putzutensilien gegenüber unserem zimmer.
