We had brown water in our sinks and shower for the duration of our stay. We were out of water for the first day, followed by brown water for the remainder of our time.
We demand a response whether via a refund, or a solution. When we go on vacation we shouldn’t be facing such issues and struggles and it definitely affect our trip and experience which was poor.
The maintenance team simply let the water run and tried to convince me that the water will continue to run, and eventually be clean! Such a situation never happened.
The hotel then continuously called the room and banged on the dorm at night after we were exhausted and still facing jet lag, which resulted in us not sleeping for the rest of the night.
The following they, the hotel moved us to a smaller room, stating it is close in size.
We moved to the smaller room and found? Yet again, brown water in our bath.
This is not acceptable and we demand a response and a resolution.
