「The room was clean and quiet but very small for two people. The bed was jammed in between two walls so you have to crawl in and out. The air conditioning is right over the bed so when it’s on it feels cold.」

「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from  and booked a total of seven rooms.   But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has?

「Very dated, room is not so clean, stained carpet and sofas. No mini bar.」

「Lovely and very clean renovated room. Very comfortable bed and kettle with tea and coffee was very appreciated. Plenty wardrobe space and great shower. Good blackout curtains but can get noisy with street noise so make sure the windows are closed properly. Sweets, chocolates and nuts and bottles of water were left in the room for us and is a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast average but plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.」

「Very nice updated hotel. Nice size rooms. Very nice staff and great breakfast!」

「Located pretty centric, however there’s a construction site right next to it currently so it’s quite noisy.」
