The most convenient, kind, and easy hotel- down to earth staff and customers, not over the top or super luxurious, but great enough at a great price to be exactly in a prime location with a delicious Israeli breakfast

The hotel has an unbeatable location! Walking distance to Mamilla nd from there is very easy to get to the Old City. Just note that even though they have parking it is very small and has very limited a availability. However, Nidal at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly and always did his very best to accommodate our needs.

We stayed here 14 nights. Very pleased with everything. Comfy bedding and it stayed cool and we were on the top floor so good A/C. I'd stay here again. Huge selection from the breakfast buffet but it's not free. Great quiet location and walkable to many popular places. Front desk people can help you with whatever you need. We told them we needed a ride to the airport and to take credit card only and right on time the driver was there $150 to the airport. Yes we checked around, due to gas prices. The only complaint we'd have is it would be nice to have a desk or something to set your suitcase on.

Overall the place was ok. It was very busy and lots of people in and out. It was very close to the old city- maybe 15 minutes walk. There are restaurants and all kinds of entertainment within a 10-15 walking distance. The parking garage is very small and can be very challenging to the not so experienced driver. I would suggest parking elsewhere if you can find some space.

While the hotel is a good value, there is a reason why. It’s poorly maintained with a staff that seems to really dislike it’s guests. Rooms are falling apart, not cleaned well. Dirt in the room even after housekeeping was there. Staff though are the worst part about this property. They seem to really not like the guests. Everything is done with a disgusted look on their faces. Some requests go completely unanswered. Would not stay here again. The staff ruin the experience and the hotel badly needs a renovation.
