"The hotel was close to bus transportation and restaurants. The free parking was much appreciated. The staff was warm and helpful."

"Hotel is very convenient for transit into Manhattan. Our room, 2 queen beds was quite big. Unfortunately the pool and fitness room were out of service. Breakfast was a to-go bag which was fine. Front desk people were helpful and nice. Don't expect a 4 star hotel, overall it was a pleasant stay."

"The hotel looks as if it was recently redone. The lobby is bright and welcoming and the staff is very nice. We were asked what floor we wanted and took the first floor, however, we were at the back of the hotel and actually semi-below ground and had to carry our bags up and down the stairs. We would have appreciated a heads-up. The room was clean with a large T.V., a microwave, fridge, hairdryer and ironing board/iron. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided in the shower. It did lack a luggage rack, which would have been useful. The complimentary breakfast is very nice with a good variety of food and beverages. There is a gym and also an indoor pool open from 8 to 8. We arrived late and would have liked the kids to be able to swim later. The only real complaint we have was the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We had two queens and one was too soft and the other was too firm. The pillows were lumpy, which is why I always bring my own. "
