"The air conditioning didnt work, and whrn i asked to change rooms i was declined to do so. The so called continental breakfast that was served consisted of snack cakes. The towels were dirt and worn out. The manager had to come to my room and program the T.V. which had a scratch on it and i couldnt help but stare at it, the whole time i was watching T.V. very disappointed and disgusted. "

"The people working the front desk were rude. The one at night at my initial check in said he didn’t know where the stadium was. He was not willing to help with questions. Then, in the middle of the night there was a spider on my bed. I have pictures to back up. In the morning I went to the front desk and no one was available. I waited for a long time even finished eating and no one available. On Sunday at time of checkout I told the female front desk worker about the spider and she said there is nothing they could do since my stay was prepaid. She said i should have said something the day it happened but there was no one available to help how do they expect customers to talk to anyone if they have the sign on the front. I will definitely not stay at any Best Western in the future nor recommend the stay to friends and family. "
