"The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast café was particularly good. The rooms were comfortable and overall well-maintained. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The coffee service was disappointing. The room only had one instant coffee packet and an old coffee pot, instead of a modern coffee machine with multiple options. Additionally, guests are not allowed to take coffee from the breakfast bar to their rooms, which I found inconvenient. "

The Shinsegae mall being connected to the hotel offered a variety of dinning options and convenient shopping opportunities. We wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we travel, we hope to do an extended stay."
