"The staff, especially the nice hostess/manager at check in. She went above and beyond to do her best to make me feel like a matter. I needed a cup that fit the lids in the breakfast area and she tore the place apart looking for the cup, and she found it. Most places just say sorry and don't make the effort. She did. She made me feel like a mattered. "

"I am very well traveled and have stayed in luxury home and abroad.I have never stayed in a hotel that was more accommodating in every way.May I suggest you visit the spa.My partner and I experienced the couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it.The grounds are beautiful and if you can get a room with a balcony facing the mountain it’s break! "Pros: If you are looking for a relaxing quite place, this is it. Beautiful area, quite, clear star filled skies at night. Wife loved feeding and petting the rescue horses and donkeys. Cons: Gas fireplace did not work, asked to have fixed three days in a row. Never did work. No paved roads on property, so very dusty. Food was good, but pricey. Coffee (filtered) quality was poor. Order espresso. "
