"The room could have been much cleaner. The chair had stains and holes. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the tub floor was dirty along with a mystery substance on the shower handle. The walls were dirty around the light switches. The room was also not secure, the door could just be pushed open without a key. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, but we did have to request three times for fresh towels which took an entire day to complete. The breakfast was included, it’s convenient. I appreciated the pool and hot tub being open to use since that was one of our main reasons choosing this location. "

"This Hilton is not up to “Hilton” standards. The first room we were put in was covered in dust. It looked like it had been vacant and not cleaned for weeks. They were able to move us to another room, but it was still not clean and dusty. Renovations are starting at the property to update it. The valet service was top notch and they deserve a 5 star review. "
