「The resort was clean, well lit, well stocked, and the staff was abosolutley outstanding! Would recommend for a family, or couple.」

「This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. 」

「Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and spacious, close to everything we came for, and it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The exercise room had very nice equipment, and we loved the music playing in the common areas. 」

「This Hilton is not up to “Hilton” standards. The first room we were put in was covered in dust. It looked like it had been vacant and not cleaned for weeks. They were able to move us to another room, but it was still not clean and dusty. Renovations are starting at the property to update it. The valet service was top notch and they deserve a 5 star review. 」

「Upon arrival we are informed that the inside pool is closed even though it said nothing in the description about it being closed also the front desk charged my card when a charge was not supposed to be on that card because I paid cash. And the staff lied straight to my face about this being the only Quality Inn location in Branson when there is one right down the road that is a lot nicer than this one.」

「We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office...

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...
