「Great, friendly staff! Cute shops nearby. Lots of restaurants choices. Air conditioning worked a bit too well for me but there was an extra blanket! Overall a wonderful stay!」

「My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson.」

「The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was...

「We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. 「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...
