애월이라는 위치는 좋았습니다.
조식: 후식도 정말 너무 안좋았구요. 통조림 복숭아라니... 금액에 맞추다보니 어쩔수 없었겠지만.. 흠.. 그냥 방에서 간단히 먹는게 나을 뻔 했어요.
리조트: 연식에 비해 깨끗은 했지만, 초인종 고장, 변기 고장, 조만간 리뉴얼 예정인지... 관리가 잘 안되는 것 같습니다. 재방문 의사 없습니다.

대부분 만족 쳥결빼고
다른건 다 대만족이고 뷰도 괜찮았어요
근데 청결이 너무 ㅠ
이불안에서 긴 머리카락이 계속 나오고
탁자 위에 음식물이 말라붙어있고.. 치워주지도 않더라구요
직접 물티슈로 다 치우고 닦고 힘들었습니다
다같이 침대있는 방을 잡으려니 마땅찮더라구요
그거 외에는 다 만족했습니다
조식도 괜찮아요
혹시 가실분들은 물티슈랑 돌돌이 챙겨가시면 좋을듯..

Good place to stay
Calm and cozy place. Perfect with champion room where kids were super satisfied and enjoyed. Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are little bit old fashion but working well. Staffs are kind and warm mind set.

가성비가 좋아요, 수영장 365일 온수풀이었으면 좋겠어요, 적어도 4,5,6월엔 가동했으면 해요.
전자렌지만 있었으면 완벽해요.
옆방 방음만 잘 되었으면 하는 아쉬움 있지만, 청결 등 다른 부분은 아주 좋아요.

청결도나 비품은 그럭저럭 괜찮은것 같은데 일단 리조트에 들어오면 그 안에서 해결해야해요. 주위에 걸어서 움직일만 한 곳은 그다지없어요... 차를 거지고 다녀야 하는 불편한이있고 옆방의 방음이 안되요 .접근성은 조금 아쉽네요.

다녀본 중 최악의 숙박시설임
우선 꼬리꼬리한 냄새와 방향제 냄새가 섞여서 이상한 냄새가 남. 환기 하려고 문을 열었지만 잘안됨. 추운 날씨에 계속 열고 지냄. 히터에서도 냄새가 나서 거의 끄고 지냄.
샤워실에서는 머리카락 덩어리가 뭉쳐있고 욕조는 나무라 그런지 구석에 검은색이 보임
청결이 제일 문제였고 오래된 건물에 친절하지도 않아 다시는 갈일 없기를 바람

체크인할때 어리바리하게 다른 방을 배정해주어 방을 바꾸게했는데 그 방도 문이 안열려서 또다른 방으로 바꿀때까지 복도에서 기다려야했음.
36개월 이상이면 조식이 유료인데, 45개월 아이를 그냥 무료로 해준건 고마웠지만 조식은 기대이하...고기류도 없고 9시쯤 내려갔는데 그때도 이미 비어있는 코너가 많았으며 더 채워주지않았음.
객실 내에 발매트가 없는 건 처음 봄.
샤워용 큰타월도 없고 샤워가운도 없음. 그 냥 일반사이즈 수건 4장이 전부. 모자라면 카운터오면 더 주겠다고했으나 귀찮아서 아껴씀.
