"The facility was immaculate. The one bedroom apartment was lovely and well appointed. The decor was boring and sad and the ugly LED bulbs didn’t help. The check-in process was miserable. The doors to the front desk were locked. And no one was inside. I wandered around, trying to find another way ..."
