「The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here.」
