"We stayed in The Flat. It was a great, spacious two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The bathroom only had a shower but that was fine. There was a balcony as well with a chair. One bedroom had a king bed and the other was a queen bed. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The manager on duty when we checked in was friendly. If we’re ever in the area again, we will stay there!"

"Okay so first You will NEVER be treated better Staff throughout the entire hotel could not do enough to please Now try to get an inside room so that street noise doesn’t bother you It’s important to remember that this Hotel is well over 100 years old and so Keeping things authentic and accommodating everyone is a tall order. "While the room itself was acceptable, I was disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned. Additionally, there was a significant issue with the shower, which resulted in water flooding the bathroom floor. I hope you will look into these maintenance and housekeeping concerns"

"The room was the worst I have ever seen. Look like they were using sheets from the other guest. As soon as I brought a sandwich in the room there were thousands of black ants that were aggressive all over the room. My clothes, my bed, on my body. I hope I don't get infected by these ants. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy."
