「The good: location on the water, kayaks available for use, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed/mattress. Could be improved: Cable and internet weren't working, the front desk isn't staffed regularly (but it seems like they are trying to improve this). In general, I think the place seems to be in transition and so there are some hiccups. That said, the staff were friendly and trying to make sure that customer's needs were addressed and staff could be reached (by text, if not in person).」

「Our AC didn’t seem to work all that well as the room was rather warm with the summer heat. The pool on the property was not ready for use during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!」

「Saved my family when we had to check out early after a horrible experience at another hotel. We were kindly upgraded to a bunk room which was wonderful with 3 kids. Clean pool. Clean beds. Clean shower. Clean everything. Food available. Free AM coffee…would stay here again.」

「The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.」
