"Very nice property, clean, modern with a nice pub and restaurant downstairs. Was initially tempted to go with Tonquin Inn due to some price difference but after pulling up at TI and seeing what a dumpy place it was decided to spend a few extra coins and was so happy with my choice. Highly recommend for Jasper. The only my minor issue is their limited parking spaces. They will pay for city parking but you have to walk a few blocks . No big deal though."

"Overall the stay was effortless. We received our room passes and all pertinent details in a friendly and informative manor. The pool, hot tub, steam and sauna were very clean, although difficult to access if you’ve mobility issues, due to the staircases one must use. The only issue we had was regarding the restaurant that was only serving a buffet breakfast. We choose this location for the facilities and onsite restaurant, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinners the whole span of our visit which was not optimal."

"Great views over lake & mountains, room clean & comfortable. Has got a restaurant, on arrival at about 6pm we were told there were no tables available, location is about 6km out of Jasper & there is nothing else nearby, reception staff were not particularly helpful, there is no separate bar, having driven all day we had no option other than to drive into Jasper. We did have breakfast & evening meal in restaurant the following day, staff & food were good. On last day we were told there was no breakfast as restaurant was closed. However that morning there was a large coach party that the restaurant was open for giving them breakfast. We paid a lot of money to stay, not impressed as clearly breakfast was available, only not for us. I did complain."

"Just minor issues, fitted sheet was not on properly, front desk didn’t text me when room was ready, but it was when I got back to the hotel. Rooms and room amenities were great."

"Love the hospitality of the place with helpful and friendly staff especially the man on reception as he answer all the queries happily related to the stay at the resort. Area is beautiful with scenic views covered with mountains. Highly recommend for the stay near Jasper."
