The location downtown was nice for shopping and eating.

Great location! Easily walked into town and back again. Rooms were very comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Beautiful cabins, super clean, warm and inviting! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Miette Executive Cabin and it was just a dream to stay in! The on-site restaurant had a good selection, good prices and was very tasty- enjoyed breakfast and dinner there. I loved that the Pocahontas Cabins were not located in downtown Jasper but about a beautiful 20 minute drive East. Very neat lodge. They said they gave us an upgrade but it was actually the room we had booked and the pellet stove did not work. Fortunately the temps outside were fine and it wasn’t needed. Gorgeous property. Wildlife was always around.

Our room was clean. Staff were nice. Parking is easy.

We checked in a little late . Check in took us was like a min . The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She helped us warm our food . I definitely recommend this hotel . The bathroom is a little small but everything is clean .

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Room was well equiped and very comfortable. There was no tv but it didn't seem necessary.

The place was further outside of Jasper National Park and the town of Jasper then we realized, but it was worth it for the availability and price. The room was comfortable with very high ceilings and a nice electric fireplace. Tim at the front desk was incredibly welcoming.

The BnB is absolutely beautiful. Elk came by each night. The breakfast options were amazing. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Nicole is wonderful. Super attentive.

The place is clean over all! However, the ground floor has different smell due smell of the laundry area. The staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Daily breakfast is wonderful!

This hotel was exceptional. We have stayed in Hinton many times, in many hotels and this was by far the best experience. The beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet.

The room was clean and everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
