"I mean, I slept and had something for breakfast. So I can't complain, but the entire property is in poor condition. I have no idea how it got the good reviews that others must've left, and which were the reason I reserved a room here."

All our needs were met. The hotel had welcoming free coffee, a spacious room. Surroundings were safe, quiet and close to restaurants and activities. A definite stay while traveling through or in Crown Point!"

"The staff seem to hide from customers, the breakfast was not the worst ive experienced, but its right down there near the worst. The halls and stairways are dirty, the grounds are not well kept, no remote for our TV, the lamp switches were broken so you had to screw in the light bulb to turn them on.... it goes on like that."
