「A wonderful stay just outside the busiest parts of Paris, which made it feel more local and relaxed. The hotel was impeccable yet very comfortable and welcoming rather than formal. The front desk staff were lovely—special thanks to Magalie, who was incredibly kind and accommodating when I changed rooms midway through my stay. I’d happily stay here again.」

「It was absolutely a lovely stay. The hotel room is clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was one night the A/C didnt work and the hotel staff handled our situation by WhatsApp promptly and fixed it soon. The hotel very conveniently located with 1 min walk to #7 metro line and 10 mins walk to the gare du nord. Many gorgeous restaurants and bakeries nearby. Will definitely come back for a stay when in town next time. 」

「Miscellaneous items and building materials at the only staircase in the hotel property (also the only fire escape route) posing a fire safety risk for customers. Staff noticed the situation but regrettably he doesn’t see it as a problem. 」

「Quaint hotel in a great location. Loads of restaurants around and a quick walk to the Sacre Couer and Montemartre. Breakfast was yummy and they made eggs as requested and everything else offered was fresh and delicious. Room was clean and beds comfy. Great stay 」

「Poor service from night shift staff, morning team overall nice and helpful. Didn’t refill toilet paper, need to request twice. Requested one more pillow but end up need to wait next day (said full house and don’t have spare…..) Environment near the hotel is pretty chaotic but convenient to train station with walking distance 5 minutes only. 」

「Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!! 」
