While the room could use some updatung, everything else was stellar, including the public areas and staff/service. Surprisingly wonderful breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant. As with the rest of the city, one has to watch out a little when walking around the area.

My west facing room on the 8th floor boasted a commanding view of the soccer stadium, the city, and the mountains beyond. This hotel for me will be a top choice should I ever return to this beautiful city.

Isabella at the front desk was so helpful in booking tours, restaurants and other transportation. Nothing was too much for her. So very grateful. The hotel is on a busy road so traffic noise was was only minor complaint. The breakfast was also very good.

Our stay at this home was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our experience was their flexibility in allowing us to extend our check-out time free of charge—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The free breakfast was outstanding! Freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee brewed perfectly (just how I like it), and the best calentao I've ever had in the Eje Cafetero.
