「酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。」

「虽然开车转了几圈才找到，但位置是很好的，离商业区和湖滨都不远，边上就是大教堂，还有一个摆了几门炮的古迹。免费升级到了套房，房间和卫生间都很大，用旧木材装修，和现代家具形成对比，既舒适又怀旧，和古老的建筑很般配。据说有名人住过，但介绍的名字不认识。曾经有两位美国总统在酒店的餐厅里吃过饭。米其林2015有推荐。」

「坦白说，作为五星级酒店，洲际酒店很让我失望。房间很小，和国内四星级差不多。没有什么特别奢华的感觉。价格算成人民币也要3000多，国内同等价位任何一家酒店都可以完爆它。地理位置也很一般，旁边有5路公交车连接机场和市区火车站等地，公交车站名就是intercontinental。唯一的优点就是靠近日内瓦湖和联合国总部吧。我觉得作为联合国差旅人员住比较合适，旅游度假的人还是算了。」

「Lovely spacious suite with dishwasher, coffee machine, hob etc. Very quiet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coop supermarket 2 minutes walk. Easy walk down to the lake and Jet d'eau.」

「I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure.」
