"Room was very dark. It turned out that it was missing 2 light bulbs in a lamp and 1 in the restroom. After asking the receptionist for the light bulbs, they came to deliver them and we realized the lamp was missing the outlet prongs; therefore, it didn’t work. The room was decent and comfortable but the location is not the best. I also didn’t like the fact that many people are hanging out outside their rooms in chairs, smoking, drinking or just being loud. This hotel has potential to be better but management needs to step up their efforts. I departed very early in the morning and the office was closed, I was not able to return my key because they didn’t have a drop off box either. "
"The check-in staff member was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. The lawns were cut and there was no trash laying around. There was plenty of safety lighting in the parking area. Our non-smoking room was clean, well-equipped, and had no odor of smoke like some of the hotels that offer "non-smoking" rooms. The breakfast was nice. All-in-all a very pleasant stay."
