Sheets were dirty. Had to change my own sheets. Breakfast was "ok". Staff were fine. Elevator was the worst I have ever been on. Felt like it was gonna fall every time we got on it. Other guests were scared to ride it also.

Looks so nice outside and Inside.. rooms are all the same though so save yourself the money and the trouble and book the cheapest one when you book your stay because every room is the same,as in each room has a couch with a pull out bed and is a suite.... it's what the front desk told me. So wanted to make that known. But staff is really friendly and easy going they make you feel welcomed during your stay... Nice indoor pool and hot tub ... Really clean quiet and then the breakfast is pretty good!! I'd give 4/5 *s...

My daughter and I stayed overnight just as a mini getaway an hour down the road from home. I’ve said that some hotels that have indoor pools and hot tubs but have it closed certain parts of the year and don’t list it very frustrating but that is not the case at this place I assure! Their pool was so beautiful and the water touched the very top to where it looked like the concrete and water were one! No hot tub was really nice and almost 4 1/2 feet deep! My daughter and I slept on a huge king size bed and I slept very well in and all the staff are very polite and kind.

We booked a room for four people with a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, our room key didn’t work. We went back downstairs, but instead of giving us a new key, the front desk staff insisted it was fine and told us to try again. Unsurprisingly, it still didn’t work. We were eventually given a new key card, which worked once and then stopped working again. Fortunately, my husband and I didn’t leave the room at the same time after that since we had our two kids with us, so one of us could let the other back in. It was honestly easier than dealing with the rude front desk staff. The sofa bed was dirty, and there were no pillows provided for it. When we asked for pillows, the front desk told us they didn’t have any extras. I was told I could speak with management the next day at noon — after check-out — which wasn’t helpful at all. The bathroom was filthy, and a bright parking lot light shone directly into our room all night. The blackout blinds did little to block it. Overall, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the cleanliness and service were very disappointing.

The only good thing about this place was the nice guy at the front desk reception. Everything else was absolutely the worst! The place look like it has not been maintained for at least 10 years, which I think the last good reviews were about 10 years ago. Every single door for this hotel looks like it was broken into, literally missing some of the door frame near the lock, leaving you feeling very unsafe. Visible mold on the floors, baseboards, literally falling off from the wall, dirty, and scuff marks absolutely everywhere, broken tiles, even the flooring in the lobby is all bubbled up looking like it’s going to peel off. This hotel literally looks like it was foreclosed on an abandoned for years and someone just bought it and did not maintain it! From the outside to the inside, everything looks abandoned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
