Room was very spacious. Staff were exceptionally helpful and so polite. Location is great too - access to Pacific Mall through the lobby. Club lounge very useful too

Love, Love, Love! Friendly Staff and Courteous, Variety of breakfast menu, My Favorite Juice bar. Feel Safe. Didn ’t get a chance to visit Spa but the pool clean and lovely. My Husband and I will be back to stay at the Ritz again.
