「One of the best in PALEMBANG」

「The hotel was very convenient and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.」

「Little ants in the room, and one dirty towel, but the staff is very kind, clean and have high standards. Highly recommend this place.」

「Clean amenities and very friendly staff」

「Good and Quiet. Near Eateries and covenience store.」

「Leider hat ein Sessel zum Arbeiten im Zimmer gefehlt. Das Sofa war nicht geeignet. Zimmer war ok aber kein Kostenloses Wasser (nur für 25.000IDR). Hotel is empfehlenswert.」

「The staff were very welcoming and kind. 」

「飯店旁就有兩個購物Mall，不用塞車走路就到很方便！飯店服務品質很好 非常推薦」

「This hotel is so not recommended. Why? OK first I got no towel and toothpaste in my room and the bathroom if we take the shower, the water wouldn't go down fast to the drainage so it will create a puddle. Not just that, after I get the towel, the smell of the towel is really not good. The sheet on the bed is also dirty because I can see black stain there. The only good thing about this hotel is only the room is kinda big. 」

「Please employ and train staff to understand how a hotel should be maintained and operated then a good review could be posted.」

「1.Very poor Service ! Customer’s things take out from freezer need 20-30 minutes ! Still no found (Never ask how to follow-up) 2. Very bad experience in the hotel from desk! 3. When you have many baggages no one ask for help ! 」
