「早餐不错，空调噪音大。」

「The smoked salmon, yogurt, and croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was very convenient, right near Notre-Dame Cathedral.」

「服務非常親切! 房間溫馨 乾淨 舒適!早餐豐盛美味!是主人親自下廚! 太喜歡這裡了!!」

「This hotel is very special in many ways especially the friendly hotel staff. They went above and beyond their duty to make our stay comfortable and helped us with everything we needed to get around town including making reservations. Also, the daily housekeeping was excellent and timely. I would highly recommend this hotel!」

「The front desk staff are less than helpful.」

「接待員都很親切又漂亮😄 入住經驗非常好 因為有洗衣的需求，覺得自助洗衣機只有一台，需要麻煩接待人員開門洗衣室，有點不方便，其他都非常棒，我很喜歡。」

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

「Very good」

「I think the parking lot attendant ruined our trip in the first five minutes of our arrival. Wasn’t very friendly and demanded I go pay more for parking after my car was a bit longer than the suv beside us. I have a 5seater Honda and he thought it was a 7 seater. It was hard to get the luggage all in with some mobility issues with my older mom. Location was great. Room could have been cleaner under the beds, our shower temperature was all over the place so we opted to have baths, room was...

「Great location. Very unique hotel with a cool bar in basement」

「Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the...

「The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use.」

「close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping」

「Amazing stay!」
