"Staff wa friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, and luxury robes. The hotel location is ski in/out and located near the activity center. The hotel front desk stores ski equipment and the restauant had excellent pepperoni flat bread and martinis. Parking was never an issue and pool/hot tub were easily accessible apre ski. The main lobby is currently under renovation but the noise was never an issue. "

"There isn’t enough room to state how perfect every single detail was during our stay at Hotel Jackson! Our rooms were always spotless every time we entered. Turn~Down service was perfect! The extra touches like biscotti, hot tea, coconut macaroons, luxurious shower products, and candies certainly made us feel pampered! Each and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. From the doormen, the Waitstaff and bartenders, the concierge service arranging tours last minute and housekeeping always doing the little things. We felt as if we were coming home to friends every time we walked through the door. Thank you guys for making this a memorable experience. We will be back! "
