「The amenities make this a good value.」

「The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.」

「Exceptional. Clean, professional staff, newer carpet, modern furniture/decor, quiet. Great coffee and breakfast bar had a good amount of offerings, all fresh. The lady working the breakfast food was polite and attentive. Front desk staff was super. I was very pleased with my stay. Highly recommend.」

The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. 「Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again.」

「The lobby reeked of smoke. The exterior was dirty. The hallway smelled awful and needed new everything. Once inside the room there were almost no amenities. The room was fairly clean and didn't smell as bad. The beds were fine. The bath was not ideal but expected for the price. I don't think I would stay again.」

「The staff members were all OUTSTANDING and KIND. Primary the front desk ladies, bit also the breakfast ladies and housekeepers! This only happens through the efforts of local management.
