「酒店很新，设施完善，前台态度和服务都很不错，虽然离市中心不是特别近但是出酒店马路对面就有公交车站，坐两站就可以换乘电车直达市中心，如果去机场的话，酒店附近有个车站可以直接坐S2S3线，15分钟就到肖邦机场」

「Mycket vackert hotell i mycket gott skick, kändes som i ett slott. Mycket bra frukostbuffé. Trevligt område med natur kring hotellet. Fungerade bra att sova bara en natt på hotellet, då jag var på genomresa.」

「Well located and well maintained hotel. Nice & clean bedsheet, nice hot shower. However, the reception was not super helpful and there's no place for a coffee with visitors between 10am to 11am (breakfast closed at 10am, and bar will only open at 11am). 」

「Wonderful 4-star hotel located off the main boulevard near the statue of Copernicus. Easy check-in; pleasant staff. We had an upgraded room, which made our 3 day stay more pleasant. Modern, hi-tech European-style hotel with an old world ambiance. Great shower (rain head), good bed, and bar area with a sink.」

「We had an unforgettable evening at the bar, where head bartenders Lucas and Matheo delighted us with their knowledge of favorite Polish drinks and shared fascinating details about local customs. Their willingness to spend time with us—visitors from Texas—was genuinely appreciated. We also want to extend our gratitude to front desk assistant Amma Bajan, who helped us arrange our train tickets to Krakow. We would return to the hotel.」

「Straight road from airport. You can arrive by tram from Central Train station. However, the shower need to be careful as no door or curtain for shower. 」

「Nice room except that they didn’t bring any toilet paper into the room. I had to be on hold to call the company for 25mins just to get toilet paper. The room smelt like cigarettes. They claimed it from people smoking on the balcony, but it was stronger than that. That was disappointing. 」

「Excellent location, bus 175 from airport leaves you in front of hotel, Most attractions within walking distance or 1 minute walk to metro and bus that take you everywhere. Staff super helpful, kind and very patient. Good buffet. I will give Six stars. 」

「酒店的外觀很漂亮很古典、內部裝修很新潮也算環保吧！一開始以為酒店各處很暗沒開燈、原來是環保設計人走過才會亮起燈來！所以很驚喜！房間很寬敞！衛浴很乾淨整齊！酒店內用的洗澡用品都蠻好的牌子很值得推薦大家住宿唯一缺點隔音不好！門外若有孩子吵鬧或收拾玻璃瓶都可以很清晰聽到而已但能接受門口外的繡球花很特別」
