This place was fantastic. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. This is a great location within walking distance to the Old Towne. Room was as pictured and clean. Water was hot and had a lot of pressure. Front desk was nice enough to call for taxis, which was nice. Highly recommend. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking at night. Good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops nearby in the Old Towne. Price was good, too.

Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel.

This is a really nice hotel. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to check in early after traveling for almost 24 hours. The room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. It’s in a good location - not too far from Old Town and very close to Warsaw East train station. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

First time stay and we liked everything about this hotel. While it's not walkable to tourist areas, it's just a few minutes walk to the metro, trams and busses that take you right to old town, central Warsaw and places of interest. Many restaurants and grocery shops nearby in the neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with much variety incl fresh fruit. Staff were available, friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but so many good things at an affordable price.

Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious room (I booked a double for single use) with aircon/heating and a mini fridge. I requested a 'quiet' room and slept soundly throughout my 6 night stay. Minutes from the tram, bus and metro so everything easily accessible be it the old town, new town, stadium or further afield to Wilanow I have no hesitation in recommending.

We really enjoyed our five night stay at the Hetman hotel. The room was big and very clean. We had little contact with the staff but when asking for extra pillows they were brought to the room within ten minutes. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very polite, hard working waiter.The area was around the hotel interesting with several museums and beautiful churches. Great tram and bus service to all areas. The hotel is excellent value for money.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a convenient location. Staff not overly friendly, and despite asking twice, they would not let us have an extra pillow! Breakfast was basic, but acceptable and the bakery accross the main road was far superior for a croissant or sandwich if your booking didn't include breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Better than some 4 star hotels we stayed in.Initially We booked only 3 days but after the first day decided to extend our stay to all 9 days we visited Warsaw. Except from being somewhat oldish, in every other aspect the hotel was great. Clean, specious room, excellent breakfast to our taste, and great location 4 min. From Wilenski station with metro,tram, busses and suburban train. Only one station ride, to the old city center.

Everything was perfect. The check-in at reception for our early arrival was cheerfully accommodated; the room was as described with good condition furniture and carpeting; the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced in continental Europe with a great selection of meats, cheeses, salads, a hot selection; fruit; and friendly buffet staff. Very close to public transport and ideal for close access to the city. We would definitely stay with Hetman Hotel again, and would recommend them.

The hotel location is good, close to metro subway and bus stops. The room is clean yet a bit simple. The breakfast is excellent for the price of 55 pln. It was so delicious. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The downside was that WIFI internet was slow and after 9 AM, it frequently flip. I am not sure if that was because my room position. They offer free bottle of water each day which I like.
