"The impression I had of the hotel staff was very good, but the response from the Japanese woman I spoke with on the phone before my stay was poor and rude.

When we came back, we found that only the bed had been made; the used cups and trash were left as they were, and, for some reason, the sash of the yukata had been placed on the floor.
The drain in the bath was also poor, and after using it for a while, water began to accumulate.
The staff who attended to me were good, so I don’t want to speak too badly, but for the price of the stay, the service was completely unworthy."
