"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but the room was tatty and in need of some improvements. The curtains did not cover the window, the toilet seat was broken, the furniture was old and scruffy. It could have been cleaner."

But we want to give an especial shout out (a good thing) to Hassan the barber, who is a wonderful man who gives great haircuts, even after doing haircuts for over 50 years. Yes, we would definitely recommend others coming to Izmir to stay at this hotel. "

"Room was big and we appreciated having a king bed. We didn’t use the pool but wish we had. It was great for a one night stay and quick visit to Izmir. Valet parking is for a parking garage next door and is 250lira a day. Not a great view but Easy and great hotel. "
