Denis the guest relations manageress was perfect with warm welcome and gracious smile and the servitude of making our stay welcome. Very difficult to please my husband as he loves perfection and he felt at ease and happy which means the place and people made its mark. Would definitely recommend a stay here and walking distance to the iconic clock tower . The waterfront makes a peaceful walk throughout the day. Certainly recommend and we will be back soon."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but the room was tatty and in need of some improvements. The curtains did not cover the window, the toilet seat was broken, the furniture was old and scruffy. It could have been cleaner."
