This was an amazing experience. Exactly what we were looking for. Even so, we arrived early, the front desk clerk was kind enough to facilitate a room so we can dress up properly for the warm weather and they also gave us the certainty that we could leave our belongings worry-free while we could start exploring the city. Best deal in town, a room with A/C, and hot water right in from of the beach. The only issue I experienced was that the safe lock in my room was outdated and didn't work. I strongly recommend this hotel for people who like to explore the city and dine out. Everything is at a walkable distance. Definitely, we would like to come back to Ziua and enjoy the friendliness of their people our Zancas :-)

Location and patio make it doable!

The location was good. The patio was great, the staff were very nice! But the bed was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. So that wasn’t so good. And the room we got was no where as nice looking as the picture that is posted. It definitely needed some upgrades, maintenance and paint. But overall it was good but not great.

Said it came with water but their was only one big jug in the lobby. No cups. No nothing also said it came with toiletries got to small bars of soap. You get two pillows one thin sheet small rusty fridge,fan that is rusted and wobbly and tv. Very noisy but you are downtown. Lots of stairs to rooms. Great location and shared patio. But bring your things had to do all those stairs every morning to get a coffee. Buy coffe on the street beachfront cafes are double the price. Paid 100 pesos for two small coffee on the beach and got two large coffe and two pastries for 76 pesos on the street. Its ok for a few nights but not long stay.

Great view

Great view from the top floor. Lots of stairs We had hot water which I was happy about as I had read that the water was not hot. Close to everything and we walked all over.

We loved the beach front location. Easy walking access to all downtown shops and restaurants. We also liked our large terrace off our room. Large fridge with freezer in room came in handy. No coffee available in rooms. Large showers, no hot water, mainly cold showers which is ok given the high humidity/heat outside. Air conditioning was great in our room. Cable tv on the wall was great also. Lobby staff very friendly and they do laundry for a small fee! Highly recommend this hotel. Its got all the basics. Location was key. Had a blast.

Right next to the beach with full view of the water and boardwalk. Lively area full of life both tourists and locals. Almost nightly activities within the water front of talent shows, basketball games, and street food vendors. I was originally placed in room #2 but the refrigerator sprang a leak, and was moved to room #4 one floor up for an extra 50 pesos. Which was well worth the price hike considering the room was bigger and had better view. Two king size beds were very firm but were comfortable. AC and fridge was more than adequate. Bedroom, bathroom, and large patio was kept nicely clean. Maid service was excellent. Lobby managers specifically Felix and Edson had good customer service skills and very welcoming. My only issue was the considerable noise coming from the penthouse floor which is currently under construction from approximately 10am to sunset daily. To me the construction noise was no bother since Im gone most of the day anyway exploring the beaches of Zihuatanejo at La Madera, Playa Ropa and Los Gatas. Because of the staff, location, cleanliness and price this hotel deserves high marks. I would stay here again.

On ne peux pas appeler ça un hôtel , photos mensongères, même pas une cafetière à la réception. Matelas posé sur dalle béton ...pas de sommier ,jamais vu ça , on voyait la lumière dans l'encadrement des portes , bruyant comme jamais ,Ampoules blanches blafarde. La réception ... un mec affalé sur une chaise en plastique toutes la journée . Manquait une vitre fenêtre Salle de bain. Douche qui coulait n'importe comment pleine de calcaire . Bref me suit fait avoir

Ideal beachfront comfort

Spectacular location, extremely comfortable beds, sparkling clean, enormous semi-private terrace overlooking the Malecon, delightfully friendly and helpful staff made our three days here perfect. We would have extended our stay if a room had been available, so we booked again for a month from now.
