We did not stay here. We were offered alternative accommodations and it was apparently too late to cancel this hotel without losing the whole charge. It’s too bad though, because we probably would have used this hotel the next time we came.

We stayed here for the month of February, 2026. WiFi and AC were excellent. The grounds are beautiful, in a quiet residential neighbourhood on the 4th hole of a golf course. Our room was spacious and clean, but tired (corroded taps, wobbly door handles, wobbly fridge, many cracked tiles, a small (and not Smart) TV. We had lots of hot water. The king size bed is firm and comfortable. The single beds are short and meant for children. All rooms have a large outdoor patio or balcony. The staff is fabulous and friendly. The pools are cleaned regularly, and are usually not busy. There is a lovely, shaded gazebo for a quiet read, or a larger gathering (we only saw one family gathering in our 1 month stay). It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and to Ixtapa's restaurants and shops, but only an 80 peso, short taxi ride. Having a car or bicycle would be helpful if you want to go into town regularly. It is not on the bus route.

The check-in process could use some improvement. They didn’t seem to have knowledge of my reservation and the map isn’t exactly accurate so it was hard to find. I called and was able to straightened it out. The burners didn’t work well and the pots and pans were not in great shape but the coffee maker was.
