「櫃檯人員非常友善，每次看到都是耐心回答客人的問題。退房當天搭乘早班巴士，櫃檯人員除了協助叫車，也提醒我們可以帶一些東西當早餐。房間很大、很安靜，離老城也不遠，非常方便。」

「A very nice、 small hotel. Located near the end of the old town. The surrounding at night is quiet. The bed is comfortable . There is a small refrigerator and a safe box in the room. The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. 「網路免費，但永遠不能用跑動太差了，飯店離市中心很遠，但是有電車可以坐，櫃檯人員不夠專業沒有主動告知客人坐電車到市中心，而且這家飯店是我在波士尼亞住過房間最小的。飯店的周圍都沒有餐廳」

「Great hotel in a good location walking distance to a mall and riverside walk」

「The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best feature however was the location which was ten seconds walk from the main street and an easy walk to most of the sites. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Sarejevo. There is free parking but the soaces are a bit tight.」

「It's very nice」

「Everything is good except that the room was so small that there was no room to laid down our luggages.Beds were tighter than normal single beds.」

「就在老城區邊緣位置，參觀景點十分方便。坐的士到酒店，落客的地方也跟離酒店不遠，服務人員很友善，早餐豐富。」

「Zentrale Lage, historisches Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Reservierter Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel vorhanden. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In unserem Zimmer gab es durch austretende Flüssigkeit aus Klimaanlage und Heizung wohl ein kleines Feuchtigkeitsproblem, das lässt sich aber nicht auf alle Zimmer übertragen und wird bestimmt auch bald behoben. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.」
