The room was very dingy but also dirty (found bed bugs on the mattress) however their staff was super friendly and accommodating after the discovery, which we greatly appreciated and our concerns were addressed immediately.

The staff and the room were fine for what we needed. We only stayed one night. The room was clean. It was old, but it was clean. The bed was fine just the area around. It seemed a little rundown.

Friendly staff and room service! Room service daily which is lovely! Location extremely convenient to SUNY Cortland and around eateries and a grocery store. Perfect for sports event lodging and quick overnights!

It literally looks like a crack den. With the gnarly drapes that are falling off the hooks, and the messy red paint job, and the nauseating amount of glade deoderizing spray in the hallways, they have some nerve charging the amount that they do. And the mattress....the cement mattrress. Terrible. The front staff was lovely, though.
