Definitely a worn down hotel. Shower floor was not dirty but needed replacing. Lots of chipped paint and tiles. Front desk staff were very nice and the breakfast was actually very plentiful.

Ithaca Marriott Downtown on the Commons
Stayed there when visiting Cornell. Hotel was clean and modern. Plenty of parking. They accidentally assigned us the wrong room but resolved it quickly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
