"Everything was good, except on the 2nd day, the drains to the shower and sink were very clogged. Took some minutes before the water went down all the way."

"Definitely not baby friendly. Bed sheets were stained and there was a fresh sauce stain on one of the beds. Microwave could not be used due to it possibly exploding in your face. Air conditioner screen kept falling off. Blow dryer not working. Could not wait to check out."

"Staff was so friendlyat check in and check out!! Room was very clean and ice machines were working which is so important to me. "

"Clean rooms, but older. Hallways were dirty. The airport shuttle only comes 1x every 40 min, so you may have to waot awhile. You have to put your name in to reserve a spot for shuttle back to the airport- so you may not get to utilize this perk and have to call an uber, like we did."

"The vibe is very cool and the room is spacious. That said, the fridge in the room is very loud when it turns on, the sink was clogged and slow to drain. There's no room service, you can get food to "take out" at the restaurant. However, the food is presented in a flimsy cardboard container used for leftovers which isn't really fitting for a $25+ entree. Details that just make the place feel less than classy."

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "
