Bom dia Preciso que haja o cancelamento do pagamento para essa pousada.Estavamos em 2 motos meu marido e eu Nao conseguimos chegar na pousada..Subida gigantesca de terra e pedregulhos na rstrada.placa nenhuma do nome da pousada.entramos em propeiedade particular para perguntar.ninguem conhecia.o eaze no meu do caminho ja nao funcionou mais.perguntamos no resort da mesma estrada Nao souberam nos dizer onde era Engim.anoiteceu e tivemos que dormir em um hotel de beira de estrada..Terrivel.Nunca mis.

Pior pousada do mundo

Acesso horrível. No quarto o armário tinha porta quebrada, tv (14 Pol antiga) não pegava nenhum canal, banheiro sem luz, chuveiro não esquentava e vasava água pra fora do box, alagando parte do banheiro.. internet não funcionava. Café da manhã ok, mas servido em pratos velhos de plástico, xícaras lascadas, e a sanduicheira não esquentava. Não vimos ninguém nem antes nem apos o café. Tivemos que deixar a chave em um balcão. A pessoa que nos recebeu, embora simpática, não tem preparo para cuidar de uma pousada. Não recomendo. A pior pousada que já fiquei no mundo (e já fui pra mais de 30 países).

O local onde fica a Pousada é lindo, com muitas arvores, aves, ar puro total, onde pode sentir bem de pertinho a natureza, porem deixou um pouco a desejar a parte da limpeza dos quartos, lençóis sujos, camas quebradas e desconfortáveis, frigobar não gela nada, cafe da manha oferecido não condiz com as fotos do anuncio,bem ruim. Acho que no anuncio da pousada poderia ter uma observação que os chales ficam bem no alto da montanha, onde tem uma escada super perigosa, desnivelada e sem corrimão ou corda pra se segurar, não recomendo para pessoas com mais idade.

Não gostamos do lugar. Estávamos com criança e a locomoção até os quartos eh pessima. No dia da chegada, no meio do dia, ainda estavam limpando a piscina.
