Foi boa a hospedagem

A pousada no quarto simples atende mas não possui lugar para guardar as roupas o que difere de outros quartos, o café da manhã é bom com variedades e está localizado perto de restaurantes não caros em relação aos da avenida principal.

Very nice hotel, but has no accessibility for elderly or physically disabled citizens. The room was very nice, although it had no heat source other than the fireplace that didn’t do much other than ambiance. Great location, close to town, nice and friendly staff.

A pousada é excelente, o atendimento também! Café da manhã muito bom! Dá para ir caminhando até a avenida principal! Fiquei em um quarto de categoria luxo, não havia ar condicionado, pelo o que deu entender da recepcionista não há em nenhuma comodidade, assim que cheguei no quarto senti falta pois estava quente a cidade, durante a noite não havia necessidade!

Aspectos positivos: a organização é boa, e a equipe é extremamente educada. A localização é prática para quem está de carro, pois fica a poucos minutos do centro, embora o acesso a pé seja difícil por conta de uma ladeira. No entanto, minha experiência foi impactada por uma situação envolvendo meu bebê de um ano. Antes da minha chegada, fui informada que haveria um custo adicional para uma cama extra e que precisaria cancelar a reserva pelo hotéis.com para refazê-la diretamente com a pousada. Assim o fiz, mas além de não aceitarem o cancelamento, não me deram retorno adequado. Precisei procurá-los novamente e recebi uma mensagem dizendo que "daria tudo certo". Isso me levou a entender que o bebê seria devidamente considerado, mas senti falta de empatia na solução do problema, especialmente ao não receber resposta para minhas tentativas de garantir mais conforto. Ao chegar, fiquei decepcionada ao perceber que não havia itens básicos adicionais, como toalhas extras para o bebê. A pousada é claramente estruturada para casais, e infelizmente não recomendo para quem viaja com bebês ou crianças. Fiquei em um quarto pequeno, o que foi frustrante, considerando que havia informado sobre o bebê desde o início. Não sei como são os outros quartos, mas o que fiquei definitivamente não era adequado para famílias. Embora esses problemas tenham me decepcionado, acredito que poderiam ser resolvidos com mais atenção às necessidades dos hóspedes.

Razoável

Razoável foi a palavra que escolhi para classificar está minha estadia. Os apartamentos estão passando por reformas e o que nos deram ainda não havia passado por reforma. Recebemos o apartamento com o vaso sanitário entupido. Pedi para solucionar e percebendo que não haveria suporte, me ofereci para desentupir se tivesse um desentupidor. A recepcionista conseguiu um e eu, hóspede, consegui resolver. O café da manhã é muito bom. A limpeza também é muito boa. Na hora do check out, a recepcionista não estava e a cozinheira não encontrava os gastos extras, informei o que consumimos e esta ligou para mesma, que confirmou. Foi assim nossa estadia de três dias.
