「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!」

「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」
