"This is a very tired, dirty hotel. Room was missing a shower door, filthy walls, worn and tired! Staff was incredibly nonchalant and cared not. Breakfast was average and staff inattentive. Cleared our own table."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."

"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"
