"As we arrived we could choose between two properties. Karin communicated very well with us. The view from our balcony was great. Had all the basics. The smell was a bit odd when we arrived. It came from the toilet. It was fine after we aired out and kept the toilet door closed. Walk up and down is very steep. But it’s ok we didn’t have to walk fast. Beaches are closed by. "It is one of premium hotel in the area. Itajai and the Brava beach is a funky neighborhood and it is quiet, safe and clean. The service I received from this hotel is superb and the breakfast is custom-tailored, health and nutrition focused, five-star restaurant quality. I only wish they can serve the breakfast earlier to fit the business travellers schedule. The staff were trying to accommodate me with their best effort and I really appreciate it! Well done guys."
